1. General information

The online store operates at bus256.com. The Seller is Jonasz Maczyński, a natural person conducting organized sales under the name “bus256”. Contact with the seller is possible exclusively by e-mail studio@bus256.com

The Store offers digital products (e.g. games, downloadable assets and physical products). All prices are displayed in EUR or PLN for Polish customers and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • 2.1 Customer – any natural or legal person placing an order.
  • 2.2 Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade or profession.
  • 2.3 Business Customer – a Customer acting within their business activity.
  • 2.4 Store – the online store available at bus256.com.
  • 2.5 Product – digital or physical item offered for sale.
  • 2.6 Sales Contract – contract concluded between Seller and Customer via the Store.
3. Technical requirements

To use the Store, the Customer needs:

  • internet access,
  • modern web browser,
  • active email address.

Orders may be placed 24/7. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful data. Unlawful use of the Store is prohibited.

4. Conclusion of contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales Contract. The Sales Contract is concluded only upon explicit confirmation of order acceptance sent by the Seller via email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases, including pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, including:

  • bank transfers,
  • card payments (Visa, Mastercard),
  • BLIK payments,
  • Apple Pay,
  • Google Pay.

Payment must be completed within 2 business days. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation. Invoices or payment confirmations are sent electronically.

6. Delivery

a) Digital Products

Digital Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

b) Physical Products

Physical Products are handled via DPD, DHL or inPost. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on:

  • selected delivery method,
  • destination,
  • package size and weight.

Shipping is available within Poland and selected European Union countries, according to options visible in the Store. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Risk of loss passes to Consumers upon delivery. For Business Customers, risk passes upon handover to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right, the Consumer must submit a clear statement via email.

Returned physical Products must be sent back within 14 days. The Consumer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply once the performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose the right of withdrawal.

8. Non-conformity and complaints

The Seller is liable to Consumers for lack of conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Complaints may be submitted via email including order number and description of the issue. The Seller responds within 14 days.

For Business Customers, liability is limited to statutory warranty unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability towards Business Customers is limited to the value of the order. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Intellectual property

All digital Products remain protected by copyright law. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is prohibited.

11. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Disputes with Business Customers shall be resolved by the competent court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s place of residence.

12. Final provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law, payment methods, or services).
